Coronavirus: L.A. County reported 1,254 more cases and 22 more deaths, Jan. 25

Los Angeles County public health officials reported 1,254 more cases of the coronavirus since Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases to 3,670,949 as of Wednesday, Jan. 25.

Officials reported 22 more deaths linked to the coronavirus since Tuesday for a total of 35,189 deaths since tracking began.

There were six fewer hospitalizations since Tuesday, bringing the total amount of people hospitalized with coronavirus to 755.

According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccines dashboard, 77% of Los Angeles County is fully vaccinated with 21,389,045 doses administered.
